MG School Portal illustrates a school administration workspace for keeping learner and class information organized. A student directory links learner profiles with classes and roll numbers, while attendance summaries support everyday administration.
The example workspace brings together staff access, class information and school announcements. Role-based permissions can define which records an administrator, teacher or other authorized staff member can review and update.
A deployment scope could include your academic structure, enrolment fields, attendance workflow and communication needs. Data access, retention, backups and the responsibilities of the school and hosting provider would be agreed as part of implementation.

Technical requirements
Example hosting requirements: PHP 8.4 or later with PDO MySQL, mbstring and fileinfo; MySQL 8; Apache or Nginx with HTTPS; a modern desktop or mobile browser.
Allow writable private application storage and a scheduled database/file backup. Hosting resources and deployment configuration depend on the agreed workload.
Licensing & usage
Example license: one business deployment with configuration and agreed customization. Redistribution, resale and additional deployments require separate permission. The final license and source-code access would be confirmed in the project agreement.
Support & implementation
Example support: email assistance for setup questions and agreed defect fixes. Ongoing updates, maintenance, response times and enhancement work would be covered by a separate support agreement.
